Move On?

Move on! There is nothing to see here folks! Move on!

No! There are times to stop and examine what has happened. To take appropriate measures to make sure that what has happened will never happen again. We are all witnesses and over half of American’s are accomplices to the greatest crime this country has ever experienced. (Oh there have been worse wars and deaths from those, but this is not just about a war. This is about the stealing of American’s Rights and the shredding of our Constitution. This is the worst crime that any American can do). And Mr. Bush is still trying to con us into allowing him to continue with his crime spree.

Move on? I don’t think so.

The Past:

In October 2002, then Senate Majority Leader Tom Dashle said, on the reason that the Democrats did not put up a fight over the “War Resolution Act” was he hoped to “get this question of Iraq behind us”. He later told NBC’s Tim Russert, “the bottom line is….. we want to move on”.

Shameful!

Almost 3,000 American lives have been wasted and at last count 655,000 Iraqi lives have been lost. Countless wounded and our economy and the Iraqi economy ruined. The Middle East is ready to explode for real. Our reputation of a fair, honest and helpful people destroyed, just so the United States Government could “Move On”.

There is no more important business that our Congress and Senate has to do over the question if we should go to war. That is why our Founding Fathers made it the duty and responsiblity of the “People’s House”. For those Congressmen and Senator’s to debate. To talk with the people from their Districts and States, and to listen to what the people said. In this, they did not do their Constitutional Duty.

The Present:

Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, (and a whole bunch more of these weak public servants), have stated that Impeachment of Mr. Bush and his Cabal “are off the table” Why? Because they wish to “Move On”.

Shameful!

Their attitude is we want to work together on the “People’s Business”. What is more the “People’s Business” than upholding the Constitution? Doing their job? Holding everyone who is accountable for this horrific little dirty secret of why they drove this country into a illegal war?

Yes, when you start turning over the rocks, many Democrats will come up covered with the filth and slim that will be found under it. The same offal that Mr. Bush and his Cabal have on them. Too bad! Everyone who did not do their job must take the blame. Everyone who just let this happen is guilty! Everyone who did not do their Constitutional duty is guilty! Everyone who supported this war is guilty. Everyone who did not stand up and say “Stop” is guilty!

The Senate, The Congress, The Media! Those American’s which wanted to strike out at every one because we had been attacked. You acted like a gang of spoiled two year olds. Throwing temper tantrums. And just like a little two year old, you did not care what harm you might cause. You did not care about reason. There was no talking you out of your wrath.

The Future:

Stop! We the People of these United States demand that all options are on the table. 70% of the American people do not approve of Mr. Bush and his handling of this war! Is this not a Constitutional Republic? Are you not elected to do our will?

The Media better step up and start informing the American People. Two weekends ago, there were hundreds of “Impeachment Rallies” around this country. Where was the reporting of these?

Just as the Media did not cover the “Anti-War Rallies” before this illegal war, they are now not covering the stories which are important for the public discourse, the debate which our Founding Fathers demanded that we have. The reason that they “gave” us the Right to Free Speech!

Mr. Bush and his Cabal, and the Media owners along with our Public Servants have decided that we don’t need to know. That we don’t need to have these debates. That we don’t need to be listened to. That we don’t count!

Nothing is off the table! Or if you fail to do your Constitutional Duty, you will find in two years, all of you will be off the table, the public trough. We will elect those who remember what this country is about. The responsibilities you are duty bond and Consitutionally bond to perform. For us.

I refuse to “Move On”! Except for a few of our Public Servants, you drove, with fear and lack of leadership, us into this horror of a mess, now you must clean it up. You can not simply sweep it all under the carpet and “Move On”. The Mid-term elections showed you that the Landlords of this country, demand that you clean up this mess, before you move on. Or we will move you out. Evict you! You have been given your eviction notice. Two years is all the time you have to clean up this mess you have made.

Like any good house cleaning, you must start at the top! And the job will not be done until you find this country in the same shape it was in before you moved in. Then, you may “Move On”! Please, oh please move on!
