Why Not A Cease Fire?
This war between Hezbollah and Israel is just what the Bush Cabal has been hoping and working for. On many fronts this works out well for them. They have told us in their position papers that they want the whole of the Middle East to be at war. Afghanistan was just a poor country which most of the world supported the taking down of it’s Government. They had Bin-Laden as a guest. Iraq they could sell with lies to not only many Americans but a few other Governments who wanted in on that fight. Iran they tried to sell to the American people and our military, but we weren’t buying. As hard as Mr. Bush and his cronies tried to sell us the same type of fear that worked so well in their lead up to the Iraqi war: WMD’s, mushroom clouds over America, they just could not get us to buy it. I believe that the military higher-uppers said “No”.
But now they really needed something. The mid-term elections are almost here. The polls show that they probably will lose the majority in at least of of the houses, possibly both.
What to do? We can’t start another war, we can’t have a real terrorist attack on American soil, we can’t play the fear card of raising the terrorist alerts. They need something.
Too many American’s do not believe that the Repubicans are doing the work needed to keep us safe. It is all window dressing. They need to have something so big, that they can once again say, “Trust us to keep you safe. You can not trust the Democrats”.
What a God send, that Israel and a terrorist group fighting each other is for them. If they can only draw it out long enough. If they can only get Iran, or Syria to take the bait and get into the fray. Then they will have the excuse they need. They will be able to get into the war they want.
Why else would we be the only country which is against a cease fire? Oh, we only want a cease fire which will lead to permanent peace. What other war has there been only one cease fire? Most wars are starts and stops. Cease fires are not only a time out, so that civilians can be moved out of the way, but a time to see if you can talk, a way to maybe find a solution which will work.
I am sure that those who have died, been injured and lost their houses in these few days, would have appreciated a cease fire.
The other reason that Mr. Bush and his Cabal will not broker peace, is many of them believe and are working for the “End Times” and the return of Jesus.
To have this prophecy come true, the Middle East, and especially Israel must be embroiled in a war. A total, all out nuclear war. Armageddon.
They believe that when this happens, they will be put in charge of the whole world for a thousand years. To rule. The last time we had a group of people on this planet which believed in this, was World War II. Man, once again, was wrong. God does not need man to bring about his plans. First off, no man can know what God wants and when. And second, God tells us that “No man, will know the time”. It is hubris that any man, whither Christian, Jew or Muslim believes that he is doing these terrible things in the name of God, to bring about “Heaven on Earth”. All you are doing, is bringing about “Hell on Earth”!
Have any one of these power mad people, thought to think that they may be listening to Satan? That this madness is not what God wants. That, instead of bringing about Jesus’ return, a few of us will be left on this planet, totally in ruins?
Those who do this, love war and killing. They love being in power. They love power. They have placed themselves above God. God gives us all a choice. They believe that they know what each of us should do, and by God, they will force that upon all of us.
Jesus taught us to “Love our neighbors, as ourselves”. Jesus taught us peace.
When will Christians learn to really practice what they preach? When will they learn to really practice what the Bible says? When will they learn to follow the Jesus, they are in such a hurry to bring back?
Don’t do these terrible things in my name! Don’t do these terrible things in God’s name!
Help bring peace to this world. Try it!< Try a little love!/p>
