Swear to Support and Defend Our Constitution

Our soldiers swear to support and defend the Constitution! This is good. Because Mr. Bush and his Cabal certainly are not! Let’s hope the soldiers put more stock in their oaths than this Bush Junta.

A belief in these exiles that anyone in the region, anyone that had any knowledge, would tell you were not credible on the ground. And on and on and on, decisions to disband the army that were not in the initial plans. There’s a series of disastrous mistakes. We just heard the Secretary of State say these were tactical mistakes. These were not tactical mistakes. These were strategic mistakes, mistakes of policies made back here. Don’t blame the troops. They’ve been magnificent. If anything saves us, it will be them”. One must ask, why now? Why not at the run up to this war? Just following orders does not work. That was thrown out as a defense during the Nuremberg trials after World War II. Our military takes an oath to support and defend the Constitution, not a Commander-in-Chief If you know he is breaking his oath of office, breaking American Laws and International Laws, it is your duty to not follow illegal orders. Especially, if he is lying to the American People and is going to commit murder. Mass murder. (Dictionary definition:

In the U.S., special statutory definitions include murder committed with malice aforethought, characterized by deliberation or premeditation or occurring during the commission of another serious crime, as robbery or arson (first-degree murder).

Did this Junta bring on this war with malice aforethought? Yes, as the newly released memo shows, they planned to have this war, even if there was no evidence for fighting this war.
Did this Bush Cabal deliberate or premeditate this war? Yes, they planned this war before they were even in office.
Did this Administration lie to Congress and the United Nations about any elements of the reasons for this war? Yes! Yes! and Yes! Over and over again. They are still lying about this every time they open their mouths.
Is it a crime to lie to Congress? Yes.
You have all the elements of the crime of murder. You have premeditation, deliberation and all this occurring during the commission of a crime (lying to Congress, the American people, other Governments and the people of the world). You have the crime of conspiracy to commit murder. Not only with Tony Blair, but by their lying to the UN, they were trying to get other countries to join in on the crime. So, it is proven that this was murder in the first degree. Mass murder. Over 2300 American military dead and over 100,000 Iraqi citizens dead. Crimes Against Humanity.
Those military commanders, who did nothing to warn the American people that an unjust war was coming, should be tried for treason. It is their responsibility to uphold the Constititution. Why did they go along with this? Was it only to save their jobs? Or did they want to fight a war? After all, this is what they train for.

We need investigations into all of the wrongs committed by this Administration! We will never get these investigations, as long as all Branches of Government are in the hands of the very Political Party which is committing these crimes. Fox v. Hen House. What criminals have you ever heard of who not only investigates the crimes they committed, arrests, prosecutes, punishes and jails themselves?

Work to replace these co-conspirators from all Branches of Government. This November and in 2008. Then demand that those new servants do the people’s work, for the people. That they do our work lawfully, with dignity and honestly. I don’t care which Political Party you belong to. You work for all of us. We are the Bosses! We will fire your ass if you ever again forget that!
